Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns on soaps and body products.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered only in the event of an order error (wrong item received).
What is the deadline for submitting an application?
You have 5 days after receiving your package to contact us.

Please include your order number, a short description and photos.
What happens if the address provided is incorrect?
Any package returned to Savon Élixir due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges, payable by the buyer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
And what about in case of an allergy?
Please check the ingredients list carefully before purchasing.
Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges can be offered in case of an allergic reaction.
When will the refund be processed?
If the request is approved, the refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the return, to the original payment method within 10 working days.
