All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 5 business days following purchase confirmation.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. In general:
Canada: 2 to 7 business days
United States: 5 to 10 business days

Free delivery

Delivery is free across Canada for all orders of $100 or more.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight of the package.

Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address when placing the order.
Any package returned to Savon Élixir due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur additional shipping charges, payable by the buyer.
No refunds will be issued for shipping costs for packages that are missing or not delivered due to an incorrect address.

Delayed packages

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Savon Élixir is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
