Our essential ingredients

Each ingredient is selected for its recognized benefits for the skin, its natural richness and its essential role in the quality and gentleness of our handcrafted soaps.
Shea butter
Naturally rich in vitamins A and E, shea butter is known for its nourishing, protective, and soothing properties. It helps strengthen the skin barrier, retain moisture, and calm discomfort, making it an ideal ingredient for dry or sensitive skin.
Coconut oil
Rich in saturated fatty acids, particularly lauric acid, coconut oil contributes to a rich lather and effective cleansing. When used correctly, it helps purify the skin while leaving it feeling soft and clean.
Cocoa butter
Cocoa butter is naturally rich in fatty acids and antioxidants. It gives the soap a creamy texture and helps to soften and smooth the skin, while promoting a lasting feeling of comfort after washing.
Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil is valued for its richness in vitamin E and essential fatty acids. It helps maintain skin elasticity, supports the skin barrier, and contributes to a feeling of softness and lightness.
Olive oil
A true treasure of artisanal soap making, olive oil is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E. It is renowned for its great gentleness and exceptional tolerance, leaving the skin nourished, comfortable and respected, even in sensitive skin.
Essential oils
Our essential oils are carefully selected for their aromatic and sensory properties. They offer a natural olfactory experience that contributes to well-being and relaxation, while delicately scenting the soap.
Some of our soaps are also available without essential oils, to suit sensitive or reactive skin.
Sodium hydroxide (NaOH)
Sodium hydroxide is an essential technical ingredient in saponification. It allows the transformation of oils and butters into soap and natural glycerin, known for its moisturizing properties.
Once the reaction is complete, no trace of lye remains in the final soap.
