Can we wash our faces with your soaps?
Yes. Our soaps can be used for both the face and the body.
With the exception of exfoliating soaps, which are designed exclusively for the body to preserve the delicacy of facial skin.
Do you make your soaps yourself?
Yes. All Savon Élixir soaps are handmade by us in Quebec, in small batches, to ensure rigorous quality control at every stage of production.
Can your soaps be used for children?
Yes. However, we recommend avoiding soaps containing essential oils for children under 18 months. For toddlers, we suggest our 100% olive oil soap, unscented and known for its exceptional gentleness.
Are your soaps antiseptic?
Our soaps effectively cleanse the skin by removing everyday impurities, microbes and bacteria, while respecting the skin's natural balance.
How long does a bar of soap last?
On average, a bar of soap lasts about a month with daily use. To prolong its lifespan, it is recommended to place it on a soap dish that allows it to dry completely between uses.
Why are your soaps so moisturizing and gentle?
Our soaps are formulated with rich and nourishing vegetable oils, known for their moisturizing properties and exceptional gentleness. The artisanal manufacturing process preserves these natural benefits.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. No Savon Élixir product is tested on animals. We test them ourselves on our skin.
Skin allergies and sensitivity
Savon Élixir cannot be held responsible for any skin reaction or allergy. Every skin reacts differently to natural ingredients, even the gentlest ones.
We recommend performing a preliminary test by applying a small amount of soap to a limited area of skin before full use.
Delivery Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery is made by Canada Post, Purolator or UPS, depending on the option selected when ordering.
Savon Élixir cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions or any situation beyond our control.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods for orders placed on our online store:
Visa, Mastercard and Shop Pay.
All orders are billed and payable in Canadian dollars (CAD). The total order amount is charged at the time of purchase.
Return and refund policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted on soaps and body products, whether they have been used or not.
Please ensure you read the product description carefully before finalizing your purchase. In the event of an order error or if a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at savonelixir.info@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order, including supporting photos, so that we can assess the situation.
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
